1.Before Placing an Orde
We offer multiple payment methods including PayPal, credit cards, and bank transfers. For additional payment options, please contact us for confirmation.
Note: Before placing an order and making payment, please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid losses due to package loss during transit.
2. After Placing an Order
We will arrange for packing and shipping within 24 hours of receiving your order. Tracking information will be provided within 48 hours of shipment.
Note: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled arbitrarily.
3. Package Delivery
We currently operate six fulfillment centers in China, the US, Germany, France, the UK, and Australia to ensure swift delivery.
Local shipping: 3-7 business days; Cross-regional delivery: 7-14 business days.

4. Returns & Exchanges
Free returns and exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, buyers are responsible for shipping return packages.
All products under warranty qualify for repair or replacement services.
